Raffle Ticket/ Book Specifications:
Standard Size Tickets: We have three standard sizes to choose from (see below) and they can be loose or stapled into books up to 25 tickets per book.
1) Standard Size: 2-3/4” x 6-3/8”
2) Jumbo Size: 3-1/2” x 6-3/8”
3) Super Size: 3-1/2” x 8-1/2”
Additional Paper Stocks Include: 20# Color Bond, 67# White and Color Vellum Bristol, 110# White and Color Index, and 60# and 65# Astrobrites.
Numbering/ Perforating: Numbering is only available in Red or Black Ink and can have the prefix “NO.” or any letter as a prefix to the number. Loose tickets will only have one perforation for the stub while books will have two perforations and one staple to bind.
Stub: Our standard stub copy includes: Name, Address, City, State, and Phone.
Covers: We will only produce wraparound covers for an additional charge.
Color Ink (s): Black ink is at no additional charge, Reflex Blue Ink and other colors are available at an additional cost. Two-Color and full color printing are also available. Please call for a price quote.
Customer Supplied Copy: We accept copy as a PDF ONLY properly formatted to our template. There will be an additional $3.00 charge if the PDF has to be reformatted (corrected spacing, type changes, etc) or if a stub copy must be added.
Typesetting: We are able to provide typesetting for existing raffle tickets and new raffle tickets. Standard Size Raffle Tickets are $10.00 per proof, Jumbo Size Tickets are $12.00 per proof, and Super Size raffle tickets are $15.00 per proof. There will be a $3.00 additional charge if a proof is needed in order to obtain an RL number.
Shipping Schedule: We try our best to ship orders within 7 business days. During our extremely busy times, this may be difficult for us to do so your patience is appreciated. If possible, a rush service can be provided at an additional charge which will be quoted upon request. Once an order is shipped, please allow 2 days to receive it. If an order is required “NEXT DAY AIR”, we will quote those charges prior to shipping. Residential shipping will be at an additional $10.00. For larger quantity orders, please allow extra production time.
Payment Terms: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept checks. Payment is processed the day your order ships. Orders will not ship unless they are paid in full.
Re-Print Policy: Please proofread your invoices carefully! We understand human error can occur and need your help to verify that your invoice is correct and accurate so that your product is also correct and accurate. If a mistake is made on an invoice and was approved by you, we will not be responsible for any re-prints. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, if an error was made on our end, we will take full responsibility in the reproduction of an order.
Order Submission: Please submit your order via fax, email, or phone. A proof is mandatory for every order even if it is customer provided artwork. Proofs must be approved prior to moving to production. If you place an order with us via fax or email and do not receive a proof within 24 hrs, please call us to confirm that we received your order. There may be an issue if we have not received your order by then.
